The SHIPMENT of goods is by PosteItaliane or Courier.
The COST of delivery for Italy varies, depending on the volume of the goods and therefore the number of parcels, and you’ll be informed by email after the receipt of the Purchase Order module.
PAYMENT and VAT

The payment can take place as follows:
- on PAYPAL circuit through all major CREDIT CARDS or PREPAID;

RECESS (Information pursuant to the Consumer Code, Italian Legislative Decree no. 206/2005):
Purchases made on our site, as all purchases remotely via telephone or correspondence, since they occur outside of business premises are protected by Decree n. 206 of 6 September 2005 (as amended and supplemented), which provides for the possibility for the consumer to exercise the right of withdrawal.
The consumer may exercise the right of withdrawal within 14 working days from receipt of goods. This right is the right to return goods purchased from the supplier without penalty and without giving any reason, and the resulting refund of the purchase price.
Exclusions: The right of withdrawal applies to natural persons acting for purposes not related to his professional activities. They are therefore excluded from the right to cancel purchases made by retailers and companies.
RULES ‘OF EXERCISE OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL:
The right of withdrawal is exercised within 14 days of receipt of goods, by prior telephone notice (at No. +39 049 906 5542) or by e-mail (info@apimobru.com), within the said period of 14 working days of receipt of goods.
The products subject to reconsideration must be returned by the consumer, in conditions of substantial integrity, to API-MO.BRU via Palazzon, 48 Campodoro (PD) – Italy.
Once the goods are received and verified of integrity will, as soon as possible we will credit the customer the cost of returned products, retaining, if necessary, the amount of postage that will be charged to the customer.
The actual time for crediting or returning the amounts paid for the purchase of products depends on the method of payment used:
purchase through PayPal: refunds will be credited to your PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual repayment on the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
cash on delivery or by bank transfer: the reimbursement takes place on the bank account indicated by the customer, so the repayment time depends on the correctness of the data provided; Normally the chargeback occurs within fourteen (14) days.
